Architectural Profile

Each villa is being arranged over two floors beneath a traditional Turkish roof. Generous living spaces and large doors will connect the interior with the terraces.

The ground-floor terrace and planned infinity pool will overlook the Mediterranean, Meis Island and the mountains on either side. The first-floor terrace will offer a higher vantage point and a broader view.

The kitchen will offer broad sea and mountain views while you prepare a meal. Final kitchen facilities should be confirmed when enquiring.

Yeniköy’s elevated position generally brings cooler summer conditions and lower humidity than the coast. Mountain breezes add to the appeal of spending time outside, although temperatures and comfort vary with the weather.

Privacy Philosophy

The villas are planned with approximately 20 metres between them and conifer planting to provide screening. The outlook and degree of screening will depend on the individual villa. As construction and landscaping progress, please ask about the layout and neighbouring properties before booking.

Visit Kaş’s Friday market for village honey, herbs, spices and seasonal vegetables, including produce from the Patara region.

A private chef can be arranged at additional cost, subject to availability, using the villa’s kitchen facilities and a menu agreed in advance. The qualifying Pioneer offer includes one chef evening under its stated terms.
